Jellaby by Kean Soo.
So, you´re in the woods in the middle of the right, and a huge purple monster tries to eat your flashlight. What do you do?
Meet Portia Bennett, who is almost certainly braver than you are-she brings the monster home and offers him a tuna sandwich. And just like that, Portia´s purple friend has secrets of his own. Convinced that the sweet, silent monster is lost, Portia decides to help him find his home. But their only clue is a photograph of a mysterious door in a nearby city. How can a ten-year-old girl and a purple creature of unknown origin make their way into Toronto all by themselves?
